What We Believe

We got what we need to get what we want,

all we need to do is use what we got

  1. We believe the Bible was written and inspired by God.

  2. We believe faith is acting on the Word of God.

  3. We believe in water baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

  4. We believe tithes and offerings should be freely given to your local church.

  5. We believe in giving to the poor and aiding the sick

  6. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead with all power.

  7. We believe that after death, eternal life begins either in heaven or hell. Where you spend eternity is based on your decision to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior.

  8. We believe that when the Rapture occurs, the dead in Christ will rise first, and then those have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior will be caught up to meet Him in the air.

Pray always.

1 Thes. 5,17 "Pray continually" What does this simple scriptural sentence mean except that all our lives God calls us to prayer?

 

Praying is not easy

Every day so many other demands our attention. And the world around us puts little value on prayer; it tells us to put our minds to more important matters. It is not easy to pray today.  Don't let this hinder your prayer life.

A Prayer of Healing

Dear God,  You are the One I turn to for help in moments of weakness and times of need. I ask you to be with me in this illness. Psalm 107:20 says that you send out your Word and heal. So then, please send your healing Word to your servant. In the name of Jesus, drive out all infirmity and sickness from this body.

 

Dear God I ask you to turn this weakness into strength, suffering into compassion, sorrow into joy, and pain into comfort. Help me to trust in your goodness and hope in your faithfulness, even in the middle of this suffering. Let me be filled with patience and joy in your presence as I wait for your healing touch. Father please restore me to full health and remove all fear and doubt from my heart by the power of your Holy Spirit, and may you God be glorified through my life.  As you heal and renew your servant, Father I bless and praise you.
